Flea spray fumes making you dizzy?

-So my mum thinks that our cat brought fleas in the house, and they keep on biting her. So she's spraying the house this flea spray thing and she was spraying the carpet on the stairs and she kind of stumbled.

She's also sneezing a lot. I told her take to take a break from the spraying because the fumes can't be doing her any good but she won't listen.there will be a warning the tin saying not to spray in confined spaces open windows
