How do i kick a free loader out of my house?

-Theres this girl and she came to town 4 mounths ago she called my sister asking for help not even talking to her the past two mounths or telling her about being in town she got kicked out of her ex-friends house and the she moves in with my mom saying im gonna find a job or im going to enlist she hasnt done any of those she kinda helps us with food but shes selfish about it she doesnt let us pick the food and shes been using my phone 24/7 and then my mom tried to send her back to her father she started crying and she has my mother rapped around her pinkie she has been told many time before that if she is rude to me or is not helping around she'll get kicked out i told her she cant use my phone so she goes and tells my mother and my mother buys her a phone she is manipulating my mother and my sister and i are not fooled at all

what do i do ?



p.s. my sister wrote her letter that told her to get out and i dont think she'll understandif she does not pay rent then she is a guest and you can just ask her to leave... if she doesn't then the police will help move her on
