-I tried soaking in hot water and oxiclean.
I tried a handful of bleach detergents.
I used baking soda and peroxide mix and used a toothbrush to scrub.
HELP! interview on Tuesday, need to wear my white shirt! Those stains are mineral deposits...deposits of Aluminium chlorohydrate + minerals from perspiration.
You can get rid of them with white vinegar.
Pour undiluted white vinegar over the underarm areas. Allow to sit for about 20 minutes. Then launder as usual.
The acids in the Vinegar will break down the deposits, allowing your washer to wash them away. Plus, Vinegar is safe for all colors.
Don't use bleach on them....bleach makes those stains worse.
-Unless the shirt is cotton you should never use bleach.
Keep trying the baking soda and make a paste, rub between your thumb and fingers.
It is best to get a deodorant that don't contain the aluminum. The best is CRYSTAL and you can but it on line. A bit expensive but last a long time.
wow. are they really that bad? Just put in the washing machine, use bleach and keep washing it over and over again.
