Is there a way i can send a letter to hgtv? or someplace that will remodel or improve my home?

-well i need a remoderl i have no money and my place is disgusting we have tried cleaning but money is always an issue and the floor is stained none of it will come out. can someone give me a cheap fix for carpet and walls and stuff to improve my home also outside is needing help to.. so can someone please give me a link or some cheap fixes i will really appreciate it. thanks.
