Sometimes after watering my plants I notice they'll lean to the ground or tip over sort of..?

-Or they're just taking a break from standing upright.

I water them gently, but sometimes a bad storm will come through and it will pour.

I notice they stand back up though. But after a bad storm, I wonder if they will do so again.

Why do plants lean over then stand back up?Water is heavy and it weighs down on the plant. When the water evaproates the plant is lighter and it stands back up. When you water you should try to water the soil not the plants. If you were to shake the plant lightly it would stand up because you've gotten rid of some of the water. Occasionally a plant won't stand back up and you have to put a cage or stake in to support it
All of the above are good answers. But you may not have planted the sedd/bulb deeply enough hence the root system, when moistened, no matter how carefully, will have no choice but to allow the top-heavy plant to rest.
It is the weight of the water on the leaves that is making them droop. Just lightly mist the leaves and soak the ground.

They will not stand back up until the leaves absorb the water or it evaporates.
Sometimes water flattens them down and then they stand back up. Try watering them very gently and maybe try not to aim for the middle of them. Try to aim for the dirt that is at the base of their stems.
