Who do I hire to install bathroom fan?

-I need to have a bathroom fan installed in the house we bought it has no way to vent out the hot air and I know it needs to be vented out of the attic. I just don't know what kind of professional to call to have it installed. Any ideas?Oh please, a certified electrician? Is the electrician going to cut a hole in your roof? is the electrician going to run the duct hose for the unit? Not likely. An A/c tech will do those things. I've installed them as an a/c tech. The electrician is going to run 110v via romex to the bathroom fan. That's all they do.Try a handyman. Make sure you check references. Ask your neighbors about someone who does odd jobs.



BTW - if you attic has adequate ventilation, you only need to have your exhaust fan vent to the attic.
An electrician. You don't want anyone doing electrical work other than a certified electrician. A mistake can mean death, fire, injury.

If not, a well reputed handy person will do it really cheaply, really well.
